What does it cost?

All charges are per day, including the day of arrival and the day of departure.

  • Small Dog: $35 per night

  • Medium Dog: $37 per night

  • Large Dog: $40 per night

  • Extra Large Dog: $45 per night

Charges include:

  • Individual heated units

  • Multiple daily let-outs

  • Meals are included unless your dog is on a specific diet - if which case please bring his food along

  • Cuddles and play time

Additional charges

  • Entire dogs (over 12 months) + $2.00 / night

  • Medication administration + $2.00 / day

  • Public holidays + $5.00 surcharge

Discounts

  • Multi-dog discount: $5 off (Per additional dog from the same family sharing a unit, per day.)

  • Long stay discount: $2 off. (Per day for boarding stays over 21 nights. Stays over 2 months require monthly payment.)

Payment & cancellation

  • Full payment is required on collection of your dog.

  • A $50 cancellation fee applies if bookings are cancelled within 48 hours before the check-in date.

Daily drop-off & pick-up hours

Inspections are also welcome during these hours — come and have a look before committing!

Morning window: 9:00am – 11:00am

Afternoon window: 4:00pm – 6:00pm

Please note there are NO drop-off and pick up windows on Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day

  • Important: Please bring the lead & Up- to- date vaccination certificate

  • All dogs must be fully vaccinated and up-to-date on flea/worm treatment

  • Please do not bring a dog that is unwell — for the safety of all our guests

  • All dogs are assessed by Petra Sims and her Team to ensure they're the right fit for our environment

  • We provide bedding and shelter — but a familiar item from home always helps
